Tyler Givens (b. 1994, Los Angeles) is a multidisciplinary artist whose fantastical worlds blend traditional mediums with emerging technologies, where figures morph and stories unravel beyond conventional bounds. Drawing on anime's philosophical depths, the flamboyance of '00s fashion imagery, and his Christian upbringing, Givens stages his characters between tranquil escape and the edge of death, an existential duality that runs through themes of sex, freedom, and the apocalypse. Givens graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts with a B.A. in Photography & Imaging in 2016. His work serves as a mirror, rendering infinite versions of himself against vast empty voids that form new portals toward self-liberation.
